You are not required to provide to us any of the personal data described above, however, if you do not do so, we may not be able to provide a service to you.

Collecting Data

We collect data in order to: Complete jobs, send quotes/invoices, accept/track payments, send service reminders - If we have provided a service that includes an installation of a gas appliance or a gas appliance service, we will automatically sent you a service reminder in 12 month’s time. It is important for the safety of your household to have your boiler serviced regularly and to maintain the warranty of the boiler with the manufacturer.

Data Processing: Our data processing is handled on our field management software, Propeller Powered. The information includes your name, email address, telephone number and addresses associated with you, job details (e.g. boiler repairs), household details, repairs and service history, appointment details, payment information, purchase and account history: records relating to the products and services which you have purchased or used.
